We have an opening for the position of Sales Executive a renowned Real Estate Company based at Panvel.

Job location- Panvel,Navi Mumbai.

Job Description:

- Convincing prospective clients that your organization is the right one to meet up their requirement.

- 1-3 years of Sales exp.in Real Estate as Sales Executive

- Generate leads, convert into site visits and deal closure

- Continuous follow-ups with clients until prospects are converted into buyers

- Payment Follow up

- Achieve sales target, report to Sales Lead

- Aggressively generate leads and deal closure

- Build relationship with customers and channel partners

- Sourcing clients.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Manage your client base through excellent follow up on leads for existing and new clients

- Sending out details of new properties on the market to people in your database

- Working actively on the scheduled appointments and showing buyers around a property

- Providing guidance to buyers in purchasing property for the right price under the best terms

- Determining clients' needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them

Note: We are seeking candidates who are willing to put in the time and effort to earn significantly more than above mentioned compensation.
