- Rentals, Resales, new sales, Commercials
- Client Negotiations
- Good presentation skill
- Having exposure towards International Property Consultant (IPC) and has corporate connects
- Experience with a Real estate background / Tier A & B Developers / Apartments, Villas
- Responsible for achieving sales target.
- Should have knowledge on agreements & documentation process.
- Having good geographical knowledge of Bangalore.
- Preferably looking from Realty industry
- Good communication required.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory
