Minimum requirements :

- A positive attitude towards real estate sales and his profession. We are looking for a passionate person who is client-oriented and creates a position where he is able to guide the buyer to his solution and provide an experience than just a selling a home.
- Minimum 1-2 Years of experience in Real Estate Sales
- Good experience in Sales
- Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self starter.
- Salary - 15000 to 25000 depends upon the candidates.
Job Description :
- Able to professionally close all leads by generating walk-ins, conducting site visits, understanding the finances of the client and helping them in post-sales processes as well.
- Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers
- Report on sales activities to senior management
- Reaching the targets and goals set for your project
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
- Able to explain the product features and amenities to the client
- Able to guide as per client's needs based on various parameters.
