Location : Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur (15 Openings)

Shift Timings : 9:30 am - 6:30 pm (day shift)

Weekly Working Days : 6 Days

Off Days : SUNDAY

Salary & Compensation :

Salary Offered : 15,000 to - 25.0 K (monthly)

Job Description :

- Managing Sales of Residential units as well as Commercial Sales.

- Planning sales & marketing strategies and & achieving targets for self.

- Managing customer, vendor, and affiliate relationships.

- Maintaining deal pipelines and client contact lists. Participating in client meetings and corporate events.

- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails.

- Visiting potential customers for new business and strategically mapping the market achieving goals.

- Working on the latest sales software for the company.

- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.

- Gathering market and customer information and providing feedback on future buying trends.

- Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.

- Negotiating variations in price, delivery, and specifications with your manager.

- Identify new markets and business opportunities.

- Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office.

- Achieving continuously Sales Targets for self & for the team if team leader.

- Develop effective training programs for subordinate staff.
