We are hiring for a real estate consultancy firm, offering commercial and residential real estate, property management and corporate relocation.

The Job Key responsibilities areas :

- Perseverance and endurance to stay focused & aggressive

- Confident & having a passion for selling with outstanding negotiation & convincing skill

- Ready to travel across the city and good knowledge of localities

- Need to offer an excellent customer experience at all level of the sales cycle.

- Need to have clear enter departmental co-ordination regarding back-end process.

- Handling Site visits as well as walk In

- Doing a survey of micro market periodically

- Co-ordination with back office

- Attending Property Expo & other corporate activities

- Giving information about projects, customer follow-ups

- Market survey

- Resolving customers doubt

- Attending Sales meeting appointment

Ideal Candidate Key Competencies :

- Graduate in any stream; MBA is desirable.

- Go getter with Good attention to details and commitment to work

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.

- You have at least 1 year experience within a Sales (B2C), Project Management or Real Estate Consulting role, ideally within the Real Estate industry.

- You have prior experience in dealing with Dealers.

- You possess solid expertise in Direct Sales.

- Experience within Residential Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate would be a strong advantage.

- Experience covering Real Estate is strong plus.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.

- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders

- You are a strong mentor and coach who builds high performing teams

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
