Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at our Managed Workspaces Company.


- As a Field Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our business by identifying and acquiring new clients for our managed workspaces solutions.


- In addition to sales responsibilities, you will also be responsible for interacting with landlords, building managers, and visiting sites to take inventory.


Responsibilities :

- Generate new leads and proactively seek out potential clients in the target market.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for business growth.

- Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively presenting and promoting our managed workspaces solutions to potential clients.

- Interact with landlords, building managers, and property owners to negotiate lease agreements and -secure suitable spaces for our clients.

- Visit sites to assess their suitability, take inventory of available spaces, and gather relevant information for client needs assessment.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations, as well as with landlords and building managers.

- Understand client needs and requirements, and provide customized workspace solutions to meet their specific business objectives.

- Collaborate with the internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing satisfaction of clients.

- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to the sales management team.

- Continuously stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to expand professional networks and promote the company's brand.

- Contribute to the development and improvement of sales strategies, processes, and tools.
