Job Description

This role requires strong interpersonal skills and effective communication to ensure seamless customer interactions.

1. Customer Handling & Product Education

a. Handling leads, and site visits as per the training provided by management

b. Understanding all marketing campaigns that are being used for lead generation and approaching customers with specific strategies depending on the campaigns

c. Understand customer requirements thoroughly before pitching the product

d. Educating customers on the product and how it fits their requirements

e. Educating customers on home loan and self-funding procedures

2. Meeting Daily Calls Target and Achieving Sales Targets

a. Speaking to 30 Leads / Day over calls

b. Meeting Set Sales target

3. Providing a good site-visit experience to the customer

a. Maintaining office etiquette all the times

b. Ensuring the site visit path and model house are maintained properly

4. Providing prompt reports and meeting deadlines

a. Providing proper data analysis in the weekly sales review meeting

b. Promptly meeting deadlines when assigned a task by management

5. Being pro-active on Self-Development

a. Upgrade sales skills and give monthly presentation

b. Identifying development areas with the guidance of the management team and meeting the set targets for development

Desired Candidate Profile:

1) Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field is often preferred. However, relevant work experience can sometimes be considered in lieu of formal education.

2) Communication Skills:

a) Should be well versed in communication in Telugu

b) Good verbal and communication skills in English

3) Willingness to work on Sundays

4) Willingness to travel to any assigned site and have own vehicle for commute to site

5) Ability to collaborate with colleagues from different departments.
