Our client is a professional real estate service offering all-around solutions to meet the various facets of residential as well as commercial properties for purchase and investment in Gurgaon.

The Job

- Our client is looking the candidates for the business development executive who will be responsible for growing the business by developing relationships with suitable partners in prime locations. The candidate must build market positions by locating, developing, and defining business opportunities for the landscape service.

Your responsibility will include :

- Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property

- Explain to the customers about the products, their features, and benefits

- Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects.

- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements, and developing and negotiating contracts.

- Locates potential business deals by contacting potential customers

- Define and follow up on yearly targets and objectives

- Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs

- Build referral and lead generation network

Ideal Candidate :

- Any Graduate

- A candidate from a non-management background can also apply

- Minimum experience required (1-5)

- Should have excellent verbal and written skills

- Strong customer service skills.

- You have at least 1-year experience within an Inside Sales or Business Development / Account Manager (B2B) role, ideally within the Real Estate industry.

- You have prior experience in dealing with Dealers.

- You possess solid expertise in Direct Sales and Enterprise Sales.

- Experience in Community Management and Sales Training would be a strong advantage.

- Experience covering Consumer, Financial Services, and Industrial & Manufacturing is a strong plus.

- You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering India.

- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast-paced environments

- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder

- You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
