1. Responsible for achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
2. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
3. Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
4. Communicating with the client over phone and online.
5. Understanding client requirements and arranging client visits for closure.
6. Interacting and communicating with the client on a regular basis to determine changing tastes and preferences.
7. Managing conflict and coming up with effective negotiation and sales strategies.
8. Working closely with all teams to ensure seamless service delivery to the customer.
9. Taking the proper feedback from the client and helping the operations team in service up gradation.
