Executive - Sales - Real Estate (0-3 yrs)

- Our client, established in 1985, is very much active in real estate development and has developed more than 200 constructions in Mira Road (E) and Mumbai. The company has developed residential, commercial, Shopping Centre, Hospital, Educational Institute, and other real estate infrastructure and are very active in real estate development.

The Job :

Your responsibilities will include :

- Lead Generation and Handling Walk in customers

- Taking clients to the site visit and follow up clients for site visits

- Following up with the customer to close the booking

- Resolving the queries at site in respect to car parking issues, customer access, construction related issues, coordination with projects team etc.

- Negotiating with the customer and closing the deal.

Ideal Candidate :

- You have comprehensive knowledge of the real estate closing process.

- You can adept at online marketing maintaining property databases and maintaining contact with prospective sellers and buyers.

- You specialize in residential properties and apartment complexes.

- Experience in B2C -Sales/Real Estate will be preferable.

- You are a Graduate or MBA in Marketing with at least 2+ years of experience.

- You have experience in closing in real estate residential properties.

- You have excellent communication skills, presentation and interpersonal skills, negotiation and closing skills.

- You can speak English/Hindi to be able to liaise effectively to different stakeholders across the region.

- You have extrovert personality and passionate about the field

- You have core experience in residential real estate sales

- You are a strong strategic thinker

- You have strong knowledge of Real Industry market in Mira Bhayander and Surrounding
