Executive - Sales - Real Estate (0-2 yrs)
SALES EXECUTIVE:
We are looking for both male and female candidates for full time employment.
- It is an office cum field job (80% on field).
-Freshers can apply.
-Graduation/Diploma required.
-Two wheeler is a must.
-Good communication in English, Hindi and Marathi language.
Job Responsibilities:
- Generating leads.
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Must be comfortable for cold calling, clients meeting, arranging site visits.
- Planning, implementing, managing and overseeing the company's overall sales strategy.
- Should be able to search different properties in the vicinity.
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
- Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
- Preparing weekly and monthly sales reports and managing databases.
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
