What you'll do:
- Good understanding of the real estate market and processes in the life cycle of Real Estate transaction.
- Designing and implementing of sales strategies for targeted revenue.
- New lead generation for creating pipeline of prospective customers.
- Completing sales targets time to time - Real-Estate Sales.
- Maintaining excellent relationships with client.
- Design relevant marketing and sales strategy.
- Self-confident, decisive, resilient and able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Conduct property viewings with prospective clients, highlighting the unique features of each property and answering any questions they may have.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales and marketing campaigns
- Provide regular reports on sales activity, including leads, conversions, and revenue generated
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
