1) Making calls on a lead provided by the company and asking clients for site visits.

2) Responsible for New Client Acquisition.

3) Aggressively achieving the sales target.

4) Analyzing customers' requirements and providing them solutions as per needs.

5) Continuous follow-up with clients for their requirements.

6) Candidates should be capable of selling high-rise residential properties.

7) Point out a property's best feature to the buyer and answer their questions.

8) Maintaining good relations with existing and new channel partners.

9) Excellence in sales and marketing with a positive attitude & team playing ability.

10) Candidate must have the ability to work independently.

11) Candidate should be goal-oriented.
