Executive - Sales - Power Tools/Industrial Tools (1-3 yrs)
Sales Executive
We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and motivated Sales Executive to join our sales team! As our Sales Executive, your main responsibility will be to drive our business success by implementing a strong and sustainable sales strategy. You must be willing to travel at least five days a week and three weeks a month, to outskirt areas around your reporting office.
Job responsibilities include :
- Learn details about our products and services
- Understand all the prospects needs, problems or wants
- Meet with potential clients and act as their consultant
- Maintain relationships with existing dealer and sub dealer networks
- Take orders from existing clients and arrange for collection of dues, if any
- Prepare and present reports when needed
The ideal candidate must possess :
- 1-2 years of experience working as a Sales Executive or similar role
- At least 1-2 of experience in power tools/ industrial tools sector
- A minimum of graduate degree or equivalent
- Proven record of successful deals closed
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Excellent leadership skills
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Salary - Rs 15,000-20,000 + incentives
- Working days : Monday to Saturday
- Benefits - Reimbursements on travel and stay expenses for outstation visits
