- Persuasive, Persistent, Working Independently with Limited Supervision, Customer Focused & Relationship Management.

Job Role and Responsibilities

- Should be having good knowledge and experience or willing to develop in Selling of Plastics Packaging Segment.

- Overachieving Allocated Sales Targets.

- Promoting allocated products to PAN India Market.

- Creating new customer base & retaining existing customer base with highest level of customer satisfaction.

- Establishing New Business Skills.

- Provide feedback to management on sales trends.

- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

- Independently develop a portfolio of business to accelerate the sales growth potential of the organisation.
