Roles and Responsibilities :

- Strong Communication skills with strong business related knowledge.

- The ability and desire for sales job with a confident and determined approach.

- Well groomed, highly motivated, aggressive and possess strong passion for doing sales.

- Last but not the least; the candidate should have some work experience in facing the customers.

- Maximise the sales at store, ensuring optimum customer satisfaction.

- Achieve sales goals relative to store target.

- Evaluating the customer's requirement by following the customer engagement standards to provide best solutions

- Ensuring store hygiene and predictability / functioning of products on display

- Handling pre/post sales customer escalations and queries

- Should have excellent communication skills

- Must be customer service oriented, patience, adaptability & persuasiveness.

- Must be willing to take initiatives and should possess high energy level, integrity & clarity in thoughts.
