The Job :

Business Management (30%) :

- Coordinate business activities.

- Implement marketing programs and manage budgets.

- Ensure sales team meets targets.

Financial Objectives (20%) :

- Meet marketing and sales financial goals.

- Enhance product marketability and profitability.

- Develop sales action plans.

Market Research and Development (20%) :

- Research and develop marketing opportunities.

- Understand consumer needs and market trends.

- Execute marketing and sales plans/strategies.

Operational Objectives (15%) :

- Achieve marketing and sales objectives.

- Implement new sales plans and advertising initiatives.

- Monitor sales performance.

Data Analysis and Market Research (15%) :

- Collect, analyze, and summarize data and trends.

- Investigate market data for report drafting.

- Conduct market research for pricing and contracts.

Ideal Candidate :

- You are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.

- Diploma in Engineering/B.E. (Mechanical/Plumbing/Electrical/Oil and Gas/Manufacturing).

- Proven Minimum 2 year experience in Oil & Gas Industry (mandatory)

- Proficient in MIS and system management.

- Track record of achieving sales targets.

- Knowledgeable in layout and budgeting processes.
