Executive - Sales - Nutrition (2-5 yrs)

Requirements:

Masters in Food, Nutrition, Dietetics or Masters in Clinical Nutrition and Therapeutic Dietetics or Masters in any Food Science and Human Nutrition course OR BSc with Post graduation Diploma in Applied Nutrition and Dietetics;OR Bachelor's Degree, in any stream.

Work Experience :

- 2 to 5 years- work experience at a reputed organization, in the Sales Department, premium Dermats, premium salons, premium brands, fitness, beauty, healthcare, or wellness experts or prominent doctors/dermatologists etc.

Skill/ Experience Requirements :

- Handle customer queries and leads as per standards set by the company - Follow the customer care protocol during every customer interaction

- Analyse and make decisions based on data - reach out to senior management to evaluate solutions based on data

- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending training, workshops, working with cross- functional teams, and reading educational content

- Data Management - keep management informed by submitting accurate, complete and timely data and reports

- Monitor competition by gathering current information on pricing, programs, trends, etc

- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, coming up with solutions, preparing reports, and making suggestions to management

- Positively contribute to business by achieving targets on a consistent basis and asking for support wherever required

- Excellent Customer service and convincing

Skills :

- Meet sales goals

- Confident and self-starter

- Administrative and good with timely follow-ups

- Knowledge of CRM systems

- Proficiency in English and Hindi - excellent written and oral communication

- Customer complaint handling and grievances is preferable
