- Appoint, Manage, & Train Team to achieve business growth.
- Handling Key Accounts and Modern Trade like D-Mart, Spencer, Big Bazaar, Reliance Trend, ABRL, Max Hyper, and More.
- Achieving Tertiary and Primary target on Daily & Monthly basis.
- SWOT analysis of the competition followed by corrective actions to win the business.
- Manage, motivate & guide sales team to achieve growth & profitability.
- Handling the team of 50-60 promoters.
- Supervising the revenue & operations for maintaining functional stability of the company.
- Conducting promotional activity on regular basis.
