Executive - Sales - Marketing Service (1-5 yrs)
Sales Executive will be responsible for
- Prospect and qualify leads through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and social media platforms.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand potential clients' objectives, challenges, and budget constraints.
- Develop tailored digital marketing solutions and proposals to address the specific needs and goals of prospective clients.
- Present and demonstrate our digital marketing services to key decision-makers through virtual or face-to-face meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales collateral, presentations, and case studies that effectively showcase our services and track record of success.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in digital marketing to maintain a competitive edge.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to the sales manager or senior management team.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and tactics, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels of an organization.
