The Job : 

Your Responsibilities will include :

- Greets customers and makes them feel comfortable.

- Interacts with customers, offering assistance and responding to queries about products and purchasing.

- Provides recommendations according to customer needs or preferences.

- Introduces promotions and new products to customers.

- Operates payment register and handles payments.

- Handles refunds, exchanges and returns.

- Documents sales by updating customer records.

- Stays up to date with sales trends for better service and achievement of sales Goals.

- Alerts the management of potential security issues.

- Performing various administrative duties, such as preparing commission and expense. Reports, and conducting post-sale follow-ups with the customers.

- Working with other employees to develop effective strategies to meet sales targets.

- Processing sales transactions and sales contracts and receiving payments.

- Creating awareness and promoting special offers and loyalty programs.

- Managing client relationships through all the stages of the sales cycle.

- Ensuring that customers are fully satisfied with the services offered.

- Coordinate with all sales agencies and keep records and report to concern Authorities.

- Keep Sales enquiries list & Follow-up regular.

- Familiarity with digital technology (Digital Marketing) and its applications in sales.

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

- Self-motivated.

- Friendly and strong commitment to customer service.

- Verbal and written communication skills (English, Marathi, Hindi)

- Interpersonal skills.

- Basic math and accounting skills.

- Experience operating a payment register.

- Experience operating point-of-sale (POS) transactions

- Critical thinking, evaluation and analytical skills

- Keep strong Record of meeting and exceeding sales goals

- Computer basic skills ( Word, Excel, PPT)
