Executive - Sales/Marketing - Insurance (2-6 yrs)

Roles And Responsibilities :
- The hiring and training of the advisory staff.
- Conduct research to find fresh business opportunities.
- Uphold positive working ties with clients.
- Tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of daily activity tracking advisors.
- Finding and training competent advisors.
- Selling employment options to potential advisors during recruitment.
- Have a thorough knowledge of the company's goods or services and be able to provide others advice on them.

- Graduation in Any Stream.
- Mini. 2 Years in sales and Marketing
