- Our Client created a new concept in Mira Road by pioneering health consciousness and life style activities .The Company provides a beautiful landscape large swimming pool, a well equipped Gymnasium, health Club with attached steam & sauna and other facilities like yoga classes, Academy of taekwondo, Dance drama and beauty parlor classes. The club's well appointed banquet halls and open lawns offer outstanding venues of indoor and outdoor entertaining, wedding parties, and events and so on.
The Job :
Your Responsibilities will include :
- Assist the Manager with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
- Book and confirm membership & events.
- Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the club
- Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual's needs and wants
- Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
- Present available services to current or prospective members
- Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads and missed clients.
- Other duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing /Business Administration
- Computer proficient
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships
- Highly competitive spirit with a passion to learn and grow
