Executive - Sales & Marketing - Furnishings/Ceramics/Interiors Designing/Building Material (2-3 yrs)
Position: Sales & Marketing Executive
Work Experience: 2-3 years of Sales & Marketing, New Business Development experience preferably in Furniture & Furnishings, Ceramics, Interiors Design, Architects, Building Material Industry.
CTC/Salary Bracket : - 3.60 LPA to - 4.20 LPA
Job Location : Andheri (East), Mumbai - 400069
No of Vacancy : 1 No Full-Time
Working Hours : General Shift (9Hrs),
Working Days : Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)
Key Responsibilities :
- Traveling throughout an assigned territory to spot/identify, train & guide clients & dealers.
- Maintaining solid working relationships with customers by ensuring that their needs are met and resolving complaints in a timely manner.
- Research - Conduct thorough and accurate research to source important information required to initiate outreach to new leads.
- Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by persuading customers within an assigned territory to purchase company products and services.
- Conducting surveys if needed to better understand customer needs.
- Identifying key decision makers whilst developing and qualifying new business opportunities within the targeted markets through cold calling, events, and high-level prospecting.
- Ensuring that brand awareness within an assigned territory meets company expectations.
- Monitoring competitors' sales activity within an assigned territory.
Required Qualifications and Skills :
- Graduate/Bachelor
- Proven experience working in sale/marketing for 2-3 years.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Sound negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Promoting the organization and products.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
