Sales Activities :

- Identify and target potential clients or customers.

- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients.

- Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.

- Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients.

- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to post-sale support.

Marketing Activities :

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products or services.

- Create and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.

- Utilize digital and traditional marketing channels (social media, email, SEO, content, advertising, etc.) to drive lead generation.

- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and materials.

Customer Relationship Management :

- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Gather and relay customer feedback and suggestions to improve products or services.

Market Research :

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.

- Gather and analyze data to identify market opportunities and threats.

- Share market insights with the team to adapt strategies accordingly.

Reporting :

- Generate regular reports on sales and marketing performance.

- Present findings and progress to management.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with the sales team, marketing team, and other departments to align efforts and achieve common goals.

- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company's presence.
