Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing sales and marketing strategies, building relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and requirements.

- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Marketing Strategy:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective marketing campaigns.

- Utilize digital and traditional marketing channels to increase brand visibility and reach target audiences.

- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.

Collocation and Order Management:

- Coordinate and manage the order process, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.

- Work closely with internal teams to streamline order workflows and improve efficiency.

Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for growth and optimization.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Knowledge of collocation and order management processes is a plus.

Education:

- Graduation is required.
