Position Overview :

- As a Sales & Marketing Executive at New Age Career Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing efforts to attract prospective students and promote our consultancy services. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance our brand visibility, engage with our target audience, and ultimately drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Marketing Strategy Development : Collaborate with the marketing team and senior management to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the consultancy's goals and objectives. Identify key target markets, segments, and channels for effective outreach.

Lead Generation and Conversion : Implement lead generation strategies to attract prospective students and generate inquiries. Nurture leads through targeted marketing campaigns and communication channels, ultimately converting them into enrolled students.

Collaboration and Partnership : Identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership with educational institutions, teachers, and coaching centers. Build and maintain relationships to leverage joint marketing initiatives and expand our reach.
