Executive - Sales & Marketing (0-4 yrs)

1. Assess and nurture new business opportunities with a strong revenue target in mind.

2. Develop the new business strategy and pipeline with recommended marketing activity ensuring that the channel aligns with the agency goals and revenue targets.

3. Develop strategies with fresh initiatives to meet the agency revenue goal.

4. Work with the core team to identify new opportunities within existing client business or contacts. 


- Maintain prosperous and robust working relationships with key clients.

5. Manage and own all inbound leads that come via various channels.

6. Prepare request and sales proposals, agreements to ensure timely sales closures.

7. Responsible for working closely with product and sales teams to develop all collateral.

8. Develop in-depth knowledge of products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customer needs.

9. Achieve sales targets by new customer acquisition and ensure growth / revenue from existing customers

10. Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets
