Executive - Sales & Marketing (0-3 yrs)
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing and Operations Executive to join our team. The role involves two primary responsibilities :
(i) Marketing :
- Market our products in Shops/Departmental Stores, emphasizing the unique selling points (USP) of our products.
- Convince Owners/Managers to stock our products on their shelves.
- Handle existing Distributors and establish new Distributors.
- Utilize creativity in designing digital messages to connect with customers.
(ii) Operations :
- Assist in office operations including accounts, production, inventory, and stock maintenance as required.
Language Requirement : Fluency in English, Bengali, Assamese, and Hindi is essential.
Working Hours : 10 am - 8 pm, with flexibility as needed.
Leave/Off Days : One day off per week, with flexibility for emergency work.
Personality Traits Required :
- Good speaking ability and communication skills.
- Cool temperament and ability to handle pressure.
- Presentable personality with a smiling face.
- Creativity and innovative thinking.
- Must maintain a professional appearance (without any sort of indecent haircut/overgrown beard).
Special Criteria :
- Candidate must have a Bike/Scooty with a valid Driver's License.
- Residence in the specified area (Beltola, Basistha, Jayanagar, Sixmile) is required.
