Experience : 3-8 Years

Qualification : B.com/ MBA in Marketing

Location : Amritsar, Jodhpur

Preferred Industry : Lubricants, Auto Ancillary, Tyres, Battery, Paint

JOB ROLE :

1. Sales planning and Execution :

- Execute the sales strategy and achieve the volume objectives finalized by the Area Manager.

- Ensure volume and product mix objectives are achieved in the area through channel partners.

- Develop Primary Network to represent optimal representation and service level.

- Expand distributor network so that they service small industries/open market. Keep service levels the best and also maintain good relationship with the distributors to them a sense of bonding and stability.

- Consistent Mining of customers Primary & Secondary Network.

Execute local schemes approved by state head for secondary network to improve secondary sales.

2. Dealer & Distributor Management :

- Ensure development of a good accounts and also loyal performing distributors

- Ensure that distributors operations in the area are within the framework of the company policy

- Ensure effective implementation of centrally coordinated strategies, promotions, campaigns, etc.

- Managing conflict with the distributors related to issues of Investment, Profitability, Operational efficiency and infrastructure, Company support.

- Ensure effective management of distributors / CFAs and their strict adherence to terms of the agreement and company policies.

3. Market Mapping & Penetration :

- Map & analyses secondary network to improve spread and penetration of the brand.

- Develop primary network to ensure optimal representation and service level.

- Report up-to-date information on competition and environment to superior at least on monthly basis

- Preparing strategies to create entry barrier for competitors
