Executive - Sales - Logistics Firm (1-5 yrs)

Functional Area :

We're seeking a Sales Executive who can help drive our business forward by selling our products and services to client's /customer's. As a Sales Executive your role is to help develop the business by convincing potential client's they need our services. Our target market is the US and Canada market, so the ability to speak fluent English is a must. Your aim will be to win new business, strive to maintain good relationships with existing clients and gaining repeat business wherever possible.

Responsibilities :

- Research and find new business.

- Make cold calls to arrange initial meeting with potential clients.

- Maintain a list of up-to-date information on calls made.

- Listen to client's / customer's requirements and present appropriately to make a sale.

- Maintain and develop relationships with client's / customer's via telephone and email.

- Act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.

- Gather market and customer information.

- Advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions.

- Assist with social media promotions.

- Aim to achieve monthly, quarterly or annual targets.

Desired Profile :

- Graduate, preferably from a reputed School.

- Fluent in English, preferably speak Punjabi.

- Knowledge of US / Canadian markets

- Great communication skills

- Have computer skills

- Be self-confident and able to cope with rejection
