Executive - Sales - Loan (4-7 yrs)
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall sales and cross-sell targets through the development of the internal team and external channels
- Monitor the leads and check for the quality of sourcing
- Implement and engage in-branch promotion activities
- Sales Support
Candidate Requirements :
- 4 to 7 years of experience in sales preferably in HFC or in NBFC
- 1 year of team handling experience in affordable /mass affluent segment
- Experience in recruiting and training of sales team
- Degree: Any bachelor degree
- Age: 25 to 35 Years
- CTC: Up to 5 LPA + Incentives
