Executive - Sales - Loan (1-2 yrs)
Job Description :
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and drive open market sales for both secured and unsecured loans. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building relationships, and guiding them through the loan application process. This role requires a deep understanding of financial products, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
1.) Prospect and identify potential customers in the open market.
2.) Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
3.) Develop and maintain a database of leads for loan products.
4.) Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and rapport-building.
5.) Educate customers on the features and benefits of secured and unsecured loan products.
6.) Address customer inquiries and provide solutions to their financial needs.
7.) Present loan options to customers and guide them through the application process.
8.) Assist customers in completing loan applications and required documentation.
