Executive - Sales - Life Insurance (2-5 yrs)
We are looking for candidates interested in field sale on Life Insurance product (Agency Vertical) who can join us immediately for the role of Agency Development Manager.
Responsibility:
- It is a team Handling role. Building your own team of life Advisors / Agents through your own references.
- Continuously train & motivating the team to drive Life insurance sales.
This will be on role job with FIXED SALARY + INCENTIVES.
- Advisors can get commission on their sales.
- If your Performance is good, you will get Fast-track promotion + Incentives+ manager role.
- 100% Field work No leads will be Given by Company.
- Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in Field sales & should be able to build his own team.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate
- Min 1.5 to 3 years' experience in field/marketing/sales
- CTC Up to 4.50 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
- Excellent time management skills.
- Great Network abilities.
