CTC:- 25000 to 32000 per month + Incentives + Performance bonus

Education:- Graduation is must
Experience:- 2 to 5 years of sales and marketing experience is preferable
Age:- 25 to 35 years
Job Roll :
- Increase sales of life insurance products
- Meet monthly sales targets
- To meet sales targets you need to hire best sales team from open market on your own
- Hire best sales executive, train them, motivate them and gain business from them
- Help each and every team member guide them and try to increase sales through them
Try to gain business from existing customer's referrals
- Maintain healthy relationship with existing customers
- Do post sales activities like claim settlement
- Maintain decorum of the branch
- Maintain your team and arrange training programs for them
- Take training from co-workers and try to improve your self
