- Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services whenever possible.
- Process sales transactions using point-of-sale systems accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process.
- Participate in product training sessions and stay updated on industry trends.

Qualifications :
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in jewelry sales or a related field.
- Strong understanding of gemstones, precious metals, and jewelry design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
