One of our leading client from Gold jewellery manufacturers and sellers as a brand in the market is looking for candidates for the post of Sales Executive.

Sales Executive

Criteria required :

Should have a minimum 4 years of experience in only the jewellery field.

Language Known - English / Hindi / Gujarati ( optional)

Age Group Below 35 years

Gender - Both

Should have Good computer skills

Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships

Job Responsibilities :

- Welcome & direct customers

- Provide accurate information on our Jewellery (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)

- Answer customers- questions about specific products/services

- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing

- Cross-sell products within the store

- Ensure display & VM are fully stocked

- Manage returns of merchandise

- Service our Loyalty Program Clients

- Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)

- Inform customers about discounts and special offers

- Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager

- Stay up-to-date with new products/services. Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers

- Prospect and contact potential customers

- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline

- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints

- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments

- Create sales material to present to customers

- Sell Products by establishing contacts & developing relationships with the clients

- Responsible for all point of sales activities in the showroom.
