Executive - Sales - Jewellery (3-5 yrs)
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting jeweler items
- Provide accurate information about the products and services offered
- Explain the features and benefits of the products to customers
- Assist customers in making purchase decisions
- Upsell and cross-sell products to customers
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with their purchases
- Attend training sessions and stay updated on new products and sales techniques.
Requirements :
- Under Graduate/Graduation
- Minimum 3 year's experience in showroom sales
- Good knowledge of Gold and Diamond jewellery and manual calculations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Telugu and Hindi languages
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
