Job Description :

1. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

3. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

4. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

5. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

6. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

7. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

8. The ability to lead a team and delegate tasks without compromising on the quality and the vision of the organization.

Requirements :

1. Should be open for tele calling / cold calling.

2. Should have knowledge of MS office

3. Preferred Degree in B.SC IT/ B. E/ MCA

4. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

5. Fast learner and passion for sales

6. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

7. Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations

8. Must have previous experience working with a digital agency or in the IT industry

Skills Required :

1. Good spoken and written communication skills (English)
