Our Client specializes in providing IT skill enhancement training and stainable careers to the candidates and this also exists to solve the issues faced by candidates in getting jobs.

The Job

Roles and Responsibilities:

- You are required to engage the candidate for registration through outbound calls.

- You will differentiate the resumes for the training programs.

- You will give a proper understanding of the programs to the candidates.

- You will manage the flow of candidates like scheduling, interacting, following up with the candidates.

- Develop in-depth knowledge of training courses we provide by understanding the need of the candidate's

- You are required to work on a commission basis.

- Active listening skills

- Strong convincing skills

- Someone with a pleasing and friendly personality

- Initiate follow up calls for candidates in the pipeline

Ideal Candidate

- You have at least 1 year experience within a Telesales role, ideally within the IT Services industry.

- Candidate handling skills

- Good communication skills

- Ability to handle rejection Working Hours-5 Days Working (Indian timing 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM, 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM, 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM and 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM)
