Sales Executive - US Shift
1. 2 Years of Experience in an inbound/outbound call center operation
2. Or 2 Years of Experience in IT Services and Products Sales
3. Calling Experience is a must, can be either inbound or outbound
4. Exceptional communication skills
5. Customer-centric attitude
6. Empathize and sympathize during the entire customer journey
7. Geography dealt: North America and the UK
8. Open to work in Night Shift
9. Exposure to any of the following CRM tools HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce or FreshSales
10. Quick Learner
11. Computer Savvy
12. Problem Solver
13. Extreme eyes for details
