Executive - Sales - IT Services (3-7 yrs)
- New Customer Acquisition for IT Managed Services Selling to large and mid-segment accounts.
- Responsible for revenue generation in IT Facility Management, Infrastructure Management Services (RIMM), AMC services, and other Professional Services.
- Achieving assigned revenue targets.
- Driving profitable deals by maintaining margins to ensure business stability and growth.
- Ensuring and enhancing customer satisfaction during sales-to-delivery life-cycle through optimized selling.
- Formulates, negotiates, and maintains Service level agreements with clients.
- Manage the negotiation, analysis, review, preparation, and execution of the Client & Vendor agreements for outsourced & managed services.
- Engaging with Marketing department for collateral, events and other marketing activities.
- Part of an effective and efficient sales team with passion for creating robust sales engine.
- Understanding of Servers/Storage/Networks/Microsoft Flavors/VMware, End-user Computing, IT policies and procedures.
- Understanding of Cloud and Data Centre services.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in sales of services in IT Domain
- Experience of Selling to Mid-Market & Enterprise Customers
- B.E/ B.Tech/ MBA
