Executive - Sales - IT Service (1-3 yrs)

- We are looking for a young and dynamic individual who will be responsible for sales & business development. He/she will be engaged in generating new leads and set up and implement processes to track them to closure. The role would be directly responsible for benchmarking with the best practices in the digital domain to customize and implement solutions specific to the business context.

Responsibilities :

1. Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities

2. New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions

3. Meeting clients and giving presentations

4. Improve marketability and profitability by researching, identifying & capitalization on market opportunities

5. Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients

6. Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly revenue targets

7. Build and maintain client relations

8. Work with internal departments such as production team to engage clients more deeply

9. Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions

10. Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization and look for new opportunities

11. Be a brand ambassador and reflect company value at all times

Skills :

1. Bachelors/Masters degree in Sales/Marketing or a related subject

2. Proven experience in sales/marketing profile, ideally in the IT service industry

3. Should have a strong understanding of online advertising process and technology Fundamentals

4. Good business sense

5. Deep understanding of sales & marketing principles

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

7. Positive attitude and negotiation skills

8. Good presentation skills
