- A mature experience Leader, with genuine people skills and the ability to motivate, guide and drive a good unit.
- A dynamic problem solver
- A Sales professional with a clear track record of success within a Call Centre Sales environment, additionally advantageous if sold high value technology to SMBs in the UK or similar.
- Extensive reporting experience and the ability to add value with the inclusion of new methods of reporting
- Training ability to add value where needed in the Team.
- Strategic input into overall game plan.
