Job Responsibilities :
- To follow up with Customers.
- To handle customers queries and their issues.
- Learn how products work and how to troubleshoot issues with customers
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management
- Assist other team members with transactions when necessary
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads
Skills Required :
- You have at least 5 years experience ideally in Sales (B2C) or Sales Operations / Support within IT industry.
- Experience within Sales Training, Community Management, would be a strong advantage.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
- Must have knowledge of electrical equipment's and security system.
- Must have experience of work in low voltage Areas.
- Bachelor's degree required.
