Executive - Sales - IT (4-7 yrs)
Yiron Technologies Seeking Sales Executives experienced candidates. Promote IT software/products, meet sales targets, and foster customer relationships.
Responsibilities :
- Undertaking the market to determine target customer organizations and key decision makers
- Contacting customers to present company capabilities and help them in evaluating our solutions and manages the end-to-end sales cycle.
- Responsible for the end-to-end deal lifecycle (Lead Generation, Leads identification, communicating value proposition, creating customer presentations and proposals, building, and nurturing client relationships)
- Collaborate with internal teams to pursue and convert prospects and build a robust lead pipeline
- Establish partnerships and drive channels sales
- Assessing customers problem areas and requirements, having technical discussion with customers & preparation of techno-commercial proposal to meet the customer requirements
- Ensure recurring business flow from existing customer accounts and performing key account management through commercial negotiation.
- Must have good work experience in presentation skills & also give the product demo to clients.
Required skills and experience :
- At least 4-7 yrea years of experience in IT product field sales (domestic/international)
- Experience in selling IT services and/or packaged solutions like ERP, CRM, Travel product, Accounting product, eCommerce solutions.
- Accountable person with a "Go-getter" attitude, who can work with minimal supervision
- Effective Negotiation skills and proven sales record of successfully closing the deals
- Ability to nurture and grow future business interests
- Proposal writing, Communication, and Presentation skills
- As this is a field job, the candidate should be open to travel for meeting prospects, customers
Eligibility :
- A Bachelor's degree preferably a BE/BTech-CSE or MBA (Marketing) or equivalent with through-out first division with 4-7 years' Experience in Sales.
- Must have excellent analytical skills, presentation skills and communication skills.
- Must have consistently good academic records and consistency in educational/work background.
- Preference will be given to candidates who will be more into Field Marketing.
