Job Summary :

- We are working internally as well as with our clients to provide software solutions in Application Development, Cloud, Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Data & Analytics, Healthcare, Revenue Cycle Management etc., but not limited to it.

- As a senior executive, you are responsible for developing sales plan and the entire sales cycle from lead generation through to close. You will be accountable for meeting sales goals with the full assistance of the company to make you successful.

Major responsibilities :

Research and target relevant companies using the latest prospecting tools

- Learn and demonstrate ESN capabilities to new prospective customers

- Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects

- Own the sales cycle from lead generation/validation till closure of the sale/acquisition of new client.

- Negotiate agreements with customers

- Consistently track prospect data, activities, and pipeline in CRM

- Provide accurate forecasts on a monthly/quarterly basis

Job Requirements:

- 4+ years of sales experience in a B2B environment selling IT solutions or IT services

- A positive, enthusiastic, - Just Do It- attitude and desire to far exceed expectations

- Be able to conduct project demos and be able to drive conversations forward with stakeholders

- Proven success in closing $100K plus deal sizes, and consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

- Demonstrated success in lead generation, prospecting, negotiating service agreements, and closing customers

- Expertise in solution selling

- Hunter mindset, Excellent team player, Account Management & Relationship building skills

- IT domain knowledge in one or more areas - Big Data, Cloud, Mobile .Net & Java applications

- Proficiency in CRM

- Education : Good academic background with a bachelor's degree
