Executive - Sales - IT (3-4 yrs)

Businesses burdened with high costs of computer maintenance and dependencies on unreliable support. For consumers, Circularity provides the convenience to get remote diagnosis and resolution for any computer-related issues at the comfort of their home.

Responsibilities :

- Execution of sales strategy to help the organization chart its grow path

- Develop new leads/opportunities in target markets and take them to closure to achieve sales target

- Develop and nurture long term trust-based relationships with key customer accounts

- Conduct periodic market mapping and research to identify new markets and understand evolving customer needs

Experience and Qualifications :

- Preferably Masters in Sales and Marketing from T2 institutes

- Minimum 3 to 4 years- experience with Institutional Sales of IT products (Hardware / Software)

- Preference for candidates with experience selling to Startups and MSMEs

- Preference to candidates with good knowledge about computers

- Exceptional sales skills with proven track record of exceeding sales and KPI targets

Advanced proficiency in negotiation and persuasion skills

- Ability to gather business and market intelligence

Personal Traits :

- Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive

- Should be self-driven

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
