About the role :

This candidate will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales opportunities in UK. To be successful in this role and meet or exceed quota, this candidate should feel comfortable communicating with prospects via phone and email who are discovered through a variety of avenues.

Responsibilities :

- Research, target, and open new client opportunities.

- Develop targeted messaging to engage prospect companies and executives.

- Qualify prospects by understanding customer needs and budgets.

- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Sales Executives for further development and closure.

- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.

- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.

- Perform effective online demos to prospects.

Requirements :

- Inside sales or sales experience of UK and EU market in recruitment.

- Strong phone presence and Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

- Strong listening and presentation skills.

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Key Skills: International Sales experience in UK market, Lead Generation Experience, Cold Calling, CD Experience.
