Software Sales Executive :

- A software sales executive is in charge of selling a company's products and services and building customer relationships. As a software sales executive, your job duties include maintaining documents detailing sales, quotes, and more.

Roles And Responsibilities :

- Candidates should be comfortable in field work.

- Responsible for selling office solutions to current and new customers

- Provide service and customer support during field visits

- Install our POS software in their System/Device

- Give training about our product to our client

- Build positive relationships with customers

- Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues

- Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem

- Communicate with clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they have solved technical issues.

- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments

- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues

- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal

- Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus.

Skills Required :

- Software Installation and Training.

- Excellent problem-solving, Communication and troubleshooting skills.

- Basic knowledge of networking principles and operating systems.

- Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.

- The ability and desire to sell.

- Negotiate on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers.

- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales

- Hardware and Network Configuration.

Qualification :

- Graduate is mandatory.

- Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, computer science, marketing or related discipline.

Pre-requisites :

- Vehicle : 2 wheeler, Driving license.

- Languages : Must be well versed with local language.

- Additional languages are added advantage.

- Immediate Joiners or joining within 15 days of selection.

- Relocation is preferred.

- Experience : Minimum 6 months.

- Note : Only Male Candidates are preferred.
